Boris Pelcer (b. 1985, Sarajevo, Bosnia, SFR Yugoslavia) is a visual artist based out of Portland, OR, USA.
He creates his work as a way to explore the intangible complexities of human emotions, thoughts, ideas and behaviors. Deep down, it is all an effort to better understand his human experience. Even though his work is inspired by his personal experiences, the aim of his work is to ultimately capture something that is universally at the core of all human experiences.
